- Hydrogeological Impact Assessment indicates the large parcel size is considered more than adequate for the development of onsite waste water treatment systems. there are a number of different systems- holding tanks would work fine, but there are alternate ways other than hauling offsite such as Type II mounds, pressure chamber systems and pressure absorption fields are all good waterwaste treatment systems. The effluent is discharged beneath the ground surface which allows the system to operate virtually odor free.
